White Hopton House is a beautiful, 17th century, detached, black and white timber-framed country house, situated next to the owner’s barn conversion home and stables, just 1.3 miles from the rural village of Sarn and can sleep 12 people. This cottage is set over three floors and has a super king-size double bedroom with dressing room and an en-suite bathroom, a king-size double bedroom with en-suite shower room, a king-size double bedroom with dressing room and a super king-size double bedroom. All of these bedrooms benefit from having a TV, DVD player and Sky multi-room. There are also two second floor twin bedrooms, a bathroom, a ground floor basin and WC a kitchen with breakfast area (seats 8), a utility, a boot room, a dining room, a sitting room (seats 9) with stone inglenook fireplace with woodburning stove and a large sun lounge (seats 10) with French doors. Outside there is off road parking for six cars, lockable bike storage, a large front lawn with fenced pond and a large rear lawn with large patio with furniture, a covered sitting area, a barbecue, a private outdoor heated swimming pool open all year round, a hot tub, a sauna (5 people) and a separate changing room with juke box, music system, shower and WC.
